We offer qualified staff for day to day operations and appearance of the building to ensure that tenant's needs and expectations are met or exceeded. We act on complaints related to building systems or mechanical matters and carry out the repairs if applicable or coordinate the appropriate contractors to complete the repairs. We ensure contractors complete repairs in a professional and timely manner. The trades we employ are reputable, reliable, fairly priced, insured and have Work Safe BC coverage.
General Operations
- We provide prompt, reliable 24 hours, 365 days a year emergency coverage for your property.
- Regular inspections of the common areas are performed to ensure a high level of maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
- Preventive maintenance checks of all mechanical and operating systems on a scheduled basis in order to ensure a high standard of operational efficiency, cost savings and to minimize unexpected break downs.
- Trouble shooting building and equipment problems to determine the source.
- Perform lamp changes throughout building interior and exterior.
- Create and maintain a high standard of operation for the building through regular inspections of the building systems.
- Inspect the building interior and exterior for repairs or safety hazards.
- Coordinating trades when service is required.
- Monitor service contracts to ensure work is done as per contract specifications.
- Overseeing repairs to ensure quality and completion in a timely manner.
- Review drawings for tenant renovations, and inspect as necessary the work in progress to ensure compliance with codes and drawings.
